Steve Warner
serves as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Webber International University.
A native of Winter Haven, Florida, Mr. Warner began his career with the University in 1991 as the interim Head Men’s Soccer Coach. In the fall of 2002, Warner became the fulltime Head Coach for Men’s soccer and manager of the university bookstore. From 1992-2003 he served WIU in other roles including: student activities director, Dean of Men, and the President’s Executive Committee. In 1998, he took over as Director of the Soccer program, which included being the Head Coach for both the Men’s and Women’s team. Under Warner’s guidance, the Warrior’s garnered over 60 post season academic awards including honors on the Florida Sun Conference all-academic team, NAIA and NSCAA all-region academic teams, and the NAIA and NSCAA all-American scholar athletes’ team. In 2002, both teams earned the prestigious NSCAA All-American Academic Team Awards, Coach Warner was one of only 6 coaches in the United States among all soccer teams from NCAA Division I, II, III and the NAIA to earn the honor.
Based on his dedication and guidance of the soccer program, Then, President Rex R. Yentes appointed Warner as Dean of Students in the fall of 2002, with the responsibility of guiding and enhancing all WIU student experiences outside the classroom. In the fall of 2006, President Yentes and the Board of Trustees appointed Mr. Warner to Vice President of Student Life. Warner also, serves as an adjunct professor for the undergraduate program, teaching the Introduction to Business course.
In his current role, Warner is responsible for the university's advancement, development, alumni relations and community relations and outreach. "Steve brings to this position a great deal of energy and enthusiasm," said Dr. H Keith Wade, President of Webber International University. "Having experienced Webber as a new college freshman and as a vice president and as everything in between, he has a unique and pretty comprehensive perspective. He is passionate about Webber and eager to share this passion with others."
Warner is president of the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce Foundation, serves on the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is Vice President of The Ritz Theatre 100 Inc., is a member of Lake Wales Economic Development Partnership, Lake Wales Lunch Rotary and serves the Polk Education Foundation as a board member. He is a graduate of Leadership Winter Haven Class XXVI and was chairman of Leadership Winter Haven Class XXVIII.
His is a member of, or has volunteered with the National Urea Cycle Disorders Foundation, the National Association of Foreign Student Advisors, the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the U.S. Soccer Federation, the Winter Haven Youth Soccer Association, Adopt-A-Highway, the American Cancer Society, the Central Florida BASS Anglers and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Polk County. Warner currently serves as Head Coach for the Winter Haven Youth Soccer KICKS U-13 girl’s competitive soccer team.
Mr. Warner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Management from Webber International University in 1994, a Master of Business Administration from WIU in 2004, and is currently working on his dissertation for the Educational Doctorate Degree in Higher Education Administration from Argosy University in Tampa, FL. He and his wife of 16 years Tresa, have two children Lexi, 13 years old and Carson, 10 years old. In his spare time, Warner can be found in the woods hunting for deer and turkey or on the water fishing for Snook and Bass. He is a member of BASS and FLW and is an avid tournament fisherman.

Bill Heath, Director of Athletics at Webber International University begins his eigth year at the helm of the Warriors athletic program. Heath, a native of Kinston, NC has served on the staff at Webber for 25 years. In addition to his duties as Director of Athletics, Heath is Director of Public Relations and Co-Director of Alumni affairs.
Heath, a 1966 graduate of Winter Haven High School, where he played varsity tennis, continued his education and athletics at Polk Junior College. Heath received his AA degree in 1968 and transferring to Appalachian State University where he received a tennis scholarship. Heath played for two years at ASU and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education in 1970.
For a 20 years Heath worked in the business sector as President and General Manager of Central Florida Aluminum, Inc. and Vice President of Contemporary Travel Agency, Inc. for nine years. Heath was also very involved in racing cars where he won three Central Florida Regional Championships.
Since Heath joined the Webber family he has held a variety of positions. Duties have included: head men's and women's tennis coach (20 years), head women's volleyball coach (nine years), head women's basketball coach (one year), head women's softball coach (one year), assistant men's basketball coach (three years), interim men's soccer coach (one game), assistant sports information director (three years), sports information director (three years), director of the student union (one year), director of admissions (one year), director of student activities (six years), and assistant professor in physical education (four years).
During Heath's coaching career he coached in 1,226 games or matches and has an overall coaching record of 747-517, with 618 wins coming as the tennis coach.
Heath and his wife Stella have been married for 29 years. Stella is a class of '86 alumnus of Webber. Coach Heath has four children, Trey 39, Michelle 35, Stephanie 21 and Tyler 20. Both Trey and Michelle graduated from Webber.

Administrative Assistant
Caitlin Hall serves as administrative assistant in the Alumni Relations Office. Ms. Hall, is a junior from Arcadia, FL and is majoring in Business Management. She is a part of the Warrior Newspaper team and also a member of the Lady Warrior Volleyball team. Previously, Caitlin served a student assistant in Student Life Office responsible for support of student services.

Administrative Assistant
Denise Budde, serves as administrative assistant in the Alumni Relations Office. Ms. Budde, a junior from Winter Haven, FL, is majoring in Marketing. She is President of Student Leadership Association, member of the Lady Warrior volleyball team, and serves as the coordinator for the WIU Earth Day Celebration. Previously, Denise served a student assistant in Student Life Office responsible for support of student services.
