Complete the Master Promissory Note

If you have already completed your CFL and indicated you want to borrow a Federal Student Loan but did not follow through and complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN):

1. Click the “Complete Your MPN Now” link below to be directed to complete your electronic Master Promissory Note. 

2. Complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN) in its entirety. You should reach a confirmation page when you are finished. You have not completed the process until you have reached that confirmation page. 

3. Complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN) in its entirety. You should reach a confirmation page when you are finished. You have not completed the process until you have reached that confirmation page.

4. The Federal Student Loan Entrance Counseling must also be completed before receiving a Stafford Loan by going to https://www.dl.ed.gov/borrower/BorrowerWelcomePage.jsp.
