If you are an F-1 student transferring from a U.S. institution and will not be leaving the country prior to enrolling at WIU, you must follow the procedures required by the INS. Bring your complete WIU I-20 to the Student Development Office as soon as possible after your arrival on campus. Sign the document and leave it to be processed by a Designated School Official (DSO).  If you leave the U.S. before beginning your studies at WIU, use the new I-20 issued by Webber International University when you arrive at your port of entry. Keep the old I-20 from your previous school with your immigration records, but do not use it to enter the U.S.
