1.  A student who is currently pursuing a degree at another college or university must present a Transient Student Form from the student's home institution which authorizes the student's capability to enroll in the course(s).

2.  WIU students who choose to take a course(s) at another institution for transfer credit back to WIU, must see their advisor for prior approval and have a signed Transient Student Form.
